As an MD Psychiatrist with over 26 years of experience, I've seen how deeply stress can affect our lives—impacting health, careers, and relationships. I understand this not only as a professional but also on a personal level, having faced severe stress myself, which led to a life-altering car accident. This experience fueled me to take the tools and strategies that have worked for me and my patients from the clinic and out into the world so more people can benefit.
